My room was incredibly clean and very well equipped. I was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised by how well the breakfast bar was maintained and by the selection of food. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Atlanta.
Jamiya was amazing at the front desk! She was very welcoming, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. Her smile was genuine, and she recommended great local spots for our family. She truly made our experience even better. The rooms were clean and spacious, with kitchens and a great view. I hate that the pool wasn’t open, but we made it work by using the BBQ pit and having a family day outside. The weather was great, the customer service was excellent, and the HOT breakfast definitely made up for it! There was a fresh bread selection, fresh juices, sausage and bacon, waffles, and French toast. I also loved that they offered an airport shuttle to get to and from the airport. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay, and anytime we come to ATL, this will be my go-to spot!

The hotel was recently renovated and was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by 2 going ladies who were awesome! Timberley's bright and cheerful personality was greatly appreciated after a long ride! We looked forward to seeing her and the other lady daily! Great customer service!!! Housekeeping was supposed to clean the rooms every other day and we stayed from Friday to Monday and my room was not cleaned. Location is nice. Hotel was close to the airport as well as highway 85. Minutes away from several eateries and places to sightseeing! For the customer service, I'll definitely return!!!
Incredible customer service. Timberly saved the day! After booking through Hotels.com (which we will NEVER do again) our reservation not being at hotel (we had a paid receipt) and us not having phone capability, Timberly spent over an hour getting our reservation fulfilled!!! Not only that, she upgraded us to an amazing room. After traveling 15+ hours, it made for a relaxing layover before our return home to Belize. If you need a place to stay near the airport THIS is the place. Mr. D (shuttle driver) took us and picked us up from Malone’s Steakhouse where we enjoyed a wonderful meal. What started out as a stressful check in... turned to a lovely experience that felt like family. Thank you to there entire staff.
We had a very nice room the hotel had friendly service. Trying to avoid and make our flight to Puerto Rico found the hotel was a great location. Their were also plenty of restaurants nearby too.
